General
Gullskógar ehf reserves the right to cancel all orders, for example because of wrong pricing. Also we reserve the right to change pricing or quit offering products without notice.
Delivery
All products are sent the next weekday. If the product is not in stock, we will contact you and inform you of an estimated delivery time. All orders are sent via Icelandic Post, the Icelandic Post delivery time, insurance and terms & condition therefor apply. Gullskógar ehf will not take any responsibility for damage during transit. If the products is damaged during transit it is the responsibility of the buyer.
Payment
Payments can be made by debit and credit card and are made at the same time the buyer confirms his purchase. Payment by credit card goes through a secure payment gateway that the buyer is automatically directed to from Gullskógar ehf checkout page. When the buyer confirms the information, the payment is debited from the card.
Complaints and commentsIf you have a reason to complain about our services or products, send an email to gullskogar@gullskogar and we will respond within 48 hours.. We work according to Icelandic consumer protection laws and regulations.
Returns and refundsThe buyer has 14 days to cancel the purchase, provided that he has not used the product, if is returned in good condition in the original, unused packaging. If a product is sealed, the seal must not be broken. The deadline begins when the product is delivered to the registered recipient. A receipt for the product purchase must be included. Refunds are made in full if the above conditions are met and after the product is received. Shipping and postage charges are non-refundable. Please contact Gullskógar ehf with further questions. Gullskógar ehf will refund the product to the buyer in the same way that the customer used to pay – ie. with a chargeback to a credit or debit card.
Tax & fees
Buyer will need to pay VAT and duties ( if applicable) in it´s home country. Prices on the website are with VAT in Iceland. So if the product is purchased and sent to an Icelandic address VAT is included in the product price.
Privacy
The seller promises the buyer full privacy for all the information given up at purchase. The information will never be given to a third-party under any circumstance. Gullskógar reserve the right to use the e-mail address given for promotions from Gullskógar ehf it self.
